I couldn't believe the incredible size of the room, spacious for an Italian hotel in this price range, with a hairdryer in the bathroom and teas and coffees provided. However, the surrounding area seemed seedy, filled with homeless people and beggars. The location near St Peter's Basilica and Vatican Square definitely made up for it.
